The Promise Center of Homewood (“Promise Center,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a Pennsylvania nonprofit organization headquartered at 7825 Hamilton Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15208. By accessing our website, donating, enrolling a child, booking our event space, volunteering, or otherwise interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept every provision herein, please refrain from using our services.

We operate community-focused youth programs, childcare services, family resources, volunteer opportunities, facility rentals, and fundraising activities. All text, photographs, graphics, logos, audio, video, and code on our site are the property of Promise Center or its licensors and are protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. User Conduct & Eligibility

  • You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
